1. Purpose
This policy explains how ModuFinance prevents, detects, and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in line with applicable laws and platform requirements.
2. Zero-Tolerance Policy
We strictly prohibit:
- creation, upload, storage, sharing, or promotion of CSAM;
- grooming, sexual solicitation, or exploitation of minors;
- sexual extortion, coercion, trafficking, or abuse involving minors;
- any content or conduct that sexualizes minors.
3. Reporting Channels
Users may report child safety concerns through:

4. Response Procedures
When we receive a report or detect suspected CSAE/CSAM, we may:
- promptly restrict or remove related content;
